We arrived at late at night, and they did not have rooms available for us even though they confirmed our reservation and did not resolve the situation. The administrator did not show up or answer his phone that night and did not resolve the situation the next morning either.

It was a perfect stay! The staff was very friendly and useful, they keep for us backpack for 2 days during the visit of canon del colca. Our room was ok, with private bathroom and hot water 24h. Very nice the breakfast on the balcony! Fantastic location in the city center, 100 mt from Santa Catalina monastery and 5 minutes walking from Plaza de Armas. RECCOMENDED!!!

A NOISY PLACE !!! Located over a bar, which opens weekends and before holidays. In that case its better to stay outside and not return before 4:30a.m. On other days it's still noisy since there are other bars nearby and the rooms are not soundproof. Wrong description on Booked.net - credit cards are not accepted, no hairdryer in the room, you will get a continental instead of an american breakfast, The TV is located in the chillout area directly in front of the rooms (we have had room #14), which produces again noise if somebody else is watching tv.

The breakfast here is pretty good with freshly made fruit juice, and the location is amazing, just one to three blocks from everything in a nice area.

i've had a really good stay for 1 night. the breakfast offered was savoury and satisfactory with great view. the location was absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from a grand square. the hotel was placed within 10 km of the airport.

The rooftop restaurant is pretty good. Having coffee, slices of fresh bread, and scrambled eggs for breakfast is a bonus. - the location is particularly good, just 1 km from a grand square. - the staff are amazingly friendly and knowledgeable.

The employees are attentive and very helpful. the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to multiple bars, restaurants, the main square, and attractions.

We loved the central location, perfect for exploring the main square on foot. The terrace and balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a great place to relax after a long day. The breakfast, although slightly repetitive, was delicious with freshly mixed fruit juice, bread, and eggs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check into our rooms early. the value for money was excellent, and we even enjoyed a fun pisco sour class at the hotel bar.

The room was comfortable and had a fabulous view of the volcanoes from the rooftop. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to everything I wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Angela. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.
